Not sure if this should go here or in politics; ol boy Pat straddles the line between the two.

Yep, strong ties to far right Christianity. This time, it's an attorney from Pat Robertson's legal team. At least the ACLJ had the sense to fire him instead of jump to his defense.

This one is a little ickier, though. He was having ongoing relationships with multiple boys, with a separate facebook account set up specifically to keep in touch with at least two of them. He provided them with alcohol and marijuana and began communicating with one of them when he was just 17. And the cherry on top is that he's married with eight kids of his own.

And, yet, this is the guy who's helping Robertson tell homosexuals and abortion supporters that we're the ones who are morally corrupt and ruining the country.

I probably has to do with the the fact is no age of consent in both the Old and New Testaments. Also the Virgin Mary was about probably 14 when she got pregnant by the holy spirit.

I've actually heard that the same qualities it takes to be a high profile figure (like Ted Haggard or George Rekers) are the same qualities it takes to be a closeted homosexual. Psychological compartmentalizing, check. Ability to live a double life, check. Showing people what you want them to see instead of who you really are, check.
