One could say the exact same thing of atheists. A lot of atheists feel that atheism gives them carte blanche to feel superior ( I've met a few who admit it and of course Bill Maher admits it ) and a penchant for demonising any and all that disagree ( one of the purposes of online forums ).
Finally,there are certain members of the atheist community that are just as "fundy" as some religious people. Pitiful really.
