Subtle?
Well, it's subtle because, if you talk to their pundits and politicians or check their positions on their campaign websites, you'll keep hearing them telling us how they don't hate hispanics as long as they came here legally and learn English. They don't hate black people as long as they aren't poor. They don't hate Native Americans as long as they don't have casinos or smoke shops.
At least, that's the face they attempt to portray to the public. Behind the scenes, if you go to their rally and talk to the people there, you'll hear them complaining about the ni**er in the white house or the s**cs swimming over from Mexico and stealing our jobs or camel jockeys blowing shit up or those damn commies from Europe whatever other racial/religious/ethnic minority you can find for them to attempt to be incredibly offensive towards.
And, no, they aren't all like that, but I'd be more than willing to bet, you'd hear a lot more slurs at a Republican/Tea Party rally than you would at a Democrat rally. As a result, a lot of their politicians wind up being closet racists.

Safe bet, Tara.

The racist incident at the Republican National Convention was reported on Twitter by a former MSNBC anchorman.
David Shuster tweeted this about the alleged matter of racism at the Republican Convention:

I dont hink that they are so stupid that they dont understand the concept of the existance of foreign languages. If so, I would be suprised that these people dont die of starvation if you leave them alone.
I think they are just genuenly ignorant towards the message within the clip. Or think that people simply dont care what the message is.
What scares me more is that Keith Ablow actualy has a degree from a university and still talks nonsence.

I would say "I'm amazed at how stupid faux news can be", but I've gotten used to it...

On a sidenote.
I know a physics student with whom I had a talk some time ago.
He showed me this:

Now my friend (as I stated before) studies physics and is specialising in mechanics. But doing what he is doing requires a basic knowlege in every field physical science covers.
He was very upset with this. He told me that for a matter of fact, from the 1900s to the 1950s radioactive material was seen as healthy and therefor consumed by vast members of the public. Resulting in a pike in cancer deaths.
He argued that freedom of speech should end not only when you incite people towards commiting violence, but also when you are turning into a public health risk.
And he was very convincing.

I don't think they should restrict that, because if you're stupid enough to listen to people like Ann Coulter, especially on scientific matters, you should do us all a favor and go bathe in radiation.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

Sounds just like the Democrats in power now....actually more so since they tend to be wealthier and more power hungry than their GOP counterparts.
