The variety of multiple lines of research which all come to that conclusion.

Against that..... there is one book of fucking fairy tales that morons think they understand.

When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

I know everything about evolution, I couldn't decide on the best example, so here's some awesome japanese music:

O Ok, Mister Sir Minimalist. So you think an article on the internet written by people who want evolution to be "true" is enough evidence while the Good Book from our Lord is not true? Give me a break Mister Sir.

And an article written by uneducated bronze-age men is much more reliable than that of educated men commenting on their field of study?

Do you even logic?

If you're looking for a single magic bullet checkmate type of thing, I fear you'll be disappointed; however, you might want to start with the well-known species of Flavobacterium with an appetite for Nylon - a man-made substance that didn't exist before 1935.

That wiki article details the basics, but I encourage you to browse the references for further details. Also, in the spirit of pre-emptive retaliation and because I'm angling for a shiny "Mister Sir Stimbo" of my very own, check out this TalkOrigins article on the wannabe refutations.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

The best example of evolution is the recurrent laryngeal nerve in the Giraffe.

There is no way that could be the result of intelligent design.

Several good examples have been listed already. Min pointed out all the lines of evidence support evolution. In fact nothing about living organisms is inconsistent with evolution. As far specific examples go Zen’s laryngeal nerve is one of my favorites. But I’ll have to disagree with Stimbo on magic bullets because Kayenneh’s DNA is exactly that. I like endogenous retrovirus insertions in our DNA in particular. The distribution of ERVs among species is pretty much a smoking gun that proves humans share a common ancestor with other organisms on this planet.
