I have a little confession here. I don't watch Dr. Who.

I know, I must be in the minority. I tried watching a couple of episodes and couldn't really get into it. I feel like I must be missing something because everyone else seems to love that show.

I like the Tardis, the Dalek's, the original personality of "Dr Who", the original theme tune to it, and Orbital's version of the theme tune: And that's about it. I don't watch the show, I saw the original black and white series when I was a child and saw a couple of episodes from the series with Tom Baker.... when "Dr Who" returned, I wasn't impressed. Although I do like Christopher Eccleston.

In my experience every enemy of Dr.Who besides the Daleks is embarassingly uninteresting by comparison and not worth contemplating or observing.

Watched a few random episodes.... then wanted to get all of them... found that there are some hundreds of them... gave up. Now I don't watch it either.

I liked Christopher Eccleston, But I am with you faith, though I have a soft spot for Patrick Troughton, Tom Baker is the man.

Tom Baker Is a one off though, It does not matter to me what he is in.

I used to drink in a wine bar near Red Lion Square, London. And occasionally Tom would come in at lunchtime with a girl and sit in the corner. One day the woman he was with was in a white dress and as they left the sun shone right through her dress, we blokes at the bar all let out a cheer. After that for the rest of that summer every woman (and they were often different) that came in with him was in a white dress and he would just linger on leaving enough so we all got an eye full, and he gave us a smile as he walked out the door.
The man was made to perform.
