I know a lot of people think the whole "2012: End of the world" theory is a way for mass media to suck money out of people....but looking past the media hype...what do you think about Nostradamus' predictions? What's your take on the solar alignment theory? Any possible theories of your own?

What I think of Nostradamus' predictions can be summed up in one word: Bollocks
My take on the solar alignment theory is: What is the solar alignment theory?
My hypothesis is that 2012 will come and go. It's just a calender year.

I've heard of so many of these predictions that I don't even think of it. Would be funny if for once in history that theists were right about something. But don't hold your breath.
Wasn't there a claim that stupid jesus would return in 2014? ???

This is lame. I can not ever watch movies about natural disasters because they are just so ignorant. They can't even follow scientific facts to make it more believable. There is a class at my university about geology in movies. The whole class is about watching movies like this and then picking them apart and making fun of them.
