RE: Should Latin Be Offered as a Secondary School Elective?

My high school offers Latin, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and American Sign Language. There's four years of each class. You need three language credits to graduate.
Although the kids I know who take Latin say the teacher is insane and they haven't learned much.

I learned Greece and Latin for three years on highschool. It's nice if you want to study medicines, literature or visit a church but I wish I spent more time on English.

I have a GCSE in Latin, it was kinda useful for doing Classical Civilizations.
