Ban cheese

RE: Ban cheese
Cheese itself shouldn't be banned.

But cheese for pizza should be banned everywhere except for New York and Illinois. Other states' best pizza is Pizza Hut! Disgusting!!

Gauda is the best cheese.

Followed by smoked czech cheese.

Chedder is expensive here since it is imported from the UK, it is often even sold as "luxury product" on the same shelves as kaspian caviar, bordeau wine, scotish salmon and spanish serrano ham.

Dutch gauda, greek sheep cheese and cheese from the alps is what we usualy get on our plates here.

Well, there are so many cheeses.... and so many different palates... I wouldn't be so bold as to claim that this or that cheese is the best.
There are a few which are children's favorites.
There are a few which surprise you.
There a few which are always the same.
Sometimes, you want one kind, sometimes another. Some foods require one type, some foods another.

For me, I like those buttery ones, we have around here...
Seia cheese:

Serra cheese:

But to put on a sandwich, I prefer the flamengo cheese:

Pizzas beg for mozzarella:

And a few slices of goat's cheese on top:

This one also goes well as a starter dish plain, with bread... or fresh sheep's cheese, spiced with a bit of salt and pepper:

Speaking of spicing things up, you have the Island cheese, straight from the Azores' São Jorge island. It's hard and a bit hot, so must be eaten in thin slices, unless you want some extra hairs on your chest:

Disclaimer (I'm forced to do this by our Department of Tourism): all cheeses in this post are from Portugal, except mozarella, of course!
Do note that none of them has mold, not green, not blue, not brown, not nothing of those stinking fungi.

No, you're all just used to the pizza in those places. But you can never go from having pizza in New York to pizza in Pennsylvania or Texas. Gross stuff.
