libertarian socialists ????????????????????????????

Did you create that oxymoron intentionaly because you are a poe sockaccount or because you are a bit ... ähhhh ... challeneged by concepts you dont fully understand so you make your own interpertations of them regardles of what these concepts actualy represent?

You have never heard of a libertarian socialist? Bertrand Russell and Noam Chomsky were both libertarian socialists, as were many other atheist leaders. There are a decent number of left leaning libertarians on this board, if you look at the graph.

As you can guess, being gay isn't really accepted around here and is publicly disapproved and made fun of.

I hear Austin is pretty weird.

Denton doesn't seem to be bad about it.

I guess the least cool thing to be in any highschool anywhere is gay.

Being on fire is also right up there among the 'least cool things to be'.

Of the many forms of debate, the only real one is some non-specified form of debate absent several tools of debate. Also, pictures are no longer worth a thousand words, and humans have disbecome beings of both imagery and imagination.

Yup, you're absolutely supposed to use sarcasm and snarky humor, Chad.... after all: how else could we gauge how smart you are?

RE: A Show of Gay Pride
When I was born the last thing I was thinking about was sex.
So, I guess I can't say I was born this way.

You know... I like beer. I really, really like beer. Dark, muscular beer. I didn't wake up one day and say, "You know, I think I will like beer from now on. It will be cool with my friends because they hate beer and prefer girly drinks, so being different will be cool. I have made my decision. I will now like beer. It's official." And then walked on out of my room all of a sudden craving it. I didn't "change" into it. Just like I didn't "change" or decide to be bisexual. The fact that you discover a side of you that you never knew does not mean it was a decision. I never tasted ceviche before. One day I did and now I'm addicted. It's faken good. Beer is faken good, too. I tasted it one day and discovered that. I also fell in love once with a woman who then broke my heart. I found her and in time discovered what I felt. One day I found my husband and in time discovered I loved him and he helped me recover from my pain. I didn't change or decide anything. Well, yes. To let me like, love, drink, fuck whatever it was that made me happy no matter what society thought was cool (or in this case, nasty). I was six the first time I found myself writing a girl's name over and over again in my notebook. I still don't think I was born with a sexual orientation. Sex was not on my mind. But it wasn't a decision, either. So, jstrodel... I don't agree with you when you say that being gay is a decision one should take at a certain time... you can't decide what drink to like just like you can't decide who to love. Anyway... this topic is dear to me, so... yeah. (sigh)Thinking

and to the gray pride at school... wear rainbow eye shadows! I always wanted to do that Big Grin

Do you have to actively remind yourself that you don't like cock/pussy Strodel? On a scale of one to ten, how difficult do you find that to be?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Oh, I dunno. Johnny Storm had a pretty good time of it in school, except for those times when his big sister would make his pants disappear. Cosmic rays are both a blessing and a curse.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I guess that I am not most people because if a man sucks off another man and enjoys it then he is enjoying a homosexual act and that would make him Bi at least.

Yes i rather think that it does a bit.
Quote: I don't think so either.

I am intrigued as to why your homosexual desires aren't gay.

Actually, there is such a thing as an "acquired taste." Many people who like the tase of beer or coffee didn't like the taste at first, but they liked the way it made them feel, so they continued drinking, and eventually developed a like for the taste as well.
