Also there is no US law against manufacturing a gun for personal use as long as it does not violate other laws such as full auto. The law only applies to manufacturing for sale.

And also add the federal regulation of manufacture for sale is merely a matter of registration. You send your forms and check to the BATF, aka Fed Gov, and if you are not a convicted felon you get your license. You may have to move your manufacturing facility to a place where it does not conflict with state and local law. If you live in New York City or Chicago that can be as much as twenty miles.
