I can say something like that : rolAbi panun qilem kRlt (pseudo-words) (micro-pause like a virgule) kOs zanum (pseudo-words) giyo (the word yogi reversed) qinamon (cinnamon in Hebrew who is mispronounced voluntary).
Now in IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) :
ˈɹɔˌlaːbi ˌpaˈnun qiˈleːm krlt (micro-pause like a virgule) kos zɑˌnuːm ɡiˈjəʊ ˈqinamɔn.
Conclusion : You can mix real languages and modified them too you can create pseudo-words. Also you have another solution who is more simple , you can articulate all phonemes than you want.
To that I would have to retort:
Yub nub, e-chop yub nub,
G'noop doc fling oh ah,
Ya wa, e-chop ya wa,
G'noop doc fling oh ah.
OH, and peem.

Oh, I know. I just like giving all southerners shit for how some of them behave. I think it's some sort of response to having spent so much time around and being related to the shitty ones.
And don't get me started on the Michigan militia types. I live around them.

My grandparents would burn you at the stake for a comment like that, but then again, you're not a true southerner to them. Only Texans can be true southerners.

I was born at the foothills of the Appalachians - I grew up in the swamps and on the gulf, and I became the man I am in a shithole in Georgia. I've got cousins named Cletus..and them boys aint even white..lol. My grandmothers name is Peggy, and my grandfathers name is Buck - those are their names..mind you - not nicknames. I'd say I qualify as a true southerner.....but if your granpappy wants to have words on the issue of my southern pedigree......
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Yup, not a true southerner. Appalachians? You're pretty much a yankee by their standards.
You know what people from Texas call people not from Texas?

The prefrontal cortex isn't firing because they're just making unintelligible sounds - I'd be more surprised if they made no effort to make sense and then it'd lit up with what was perceived as babble.

Don't insult the southerners. I happen to be one of those former southern indoctrinated assholes and look at me. I turned out to be an accepting, educated atheist Stupidity isn't a southern thing, it's a human thing. Some of us are just smart enough to ask the questions and find the answers.

Is it bad that i'm from the south and I feel exactly the same way? lol

You can't be from the south, irregardless is found in every southern dictionary. Being from south Jersey does not make one a southerner.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
