Is Parody Dead? -Nostalgia Critic
|
I love Doug! He might be obnoxiously loud at times, but he's reviews are usually spot-on. I especially like his 'Old vs. New' series. And not to mention Chester A. Bum
I'm at work, so I'll give my input regarding the video as soon as I get home.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
Well his character can be that way, though Doug himself is actually a lot more low-key and mellow. He's also a hell of an awesome guy, managed to talk to him for a couple hours at a con a couple years ago. Had a very fun discussion with him about the writing in movies, and how the writing in a show and the writing in a book are both radically different and drastically similar in many ways.
