why dont I read about this story in Le Monde? or the only international french tv newsnetwork France24? http://www.lemonde.fr/ http://www.france24.com/en/france Et je parle assez bien le français pour comprendre en partie aux nouvelles françaises. This would be a mjor story for french newsoutlets, yet non is reporting. And France is very harsh on drug laws. The only recent thing I recal was the minister for education receiving a harsh backlash for suggesting that it should be legal last year. I question the honesty of your source.
The whole gradual easing of drug laws via "medicinal use" is a joke. Where are the fucking coke clinics? Nada, nowhere. If it weren't so amusing in it's transparency it would be depressing.
