Where have all the liberals gone?

I'm pretty liberal in my definition of the kind of liberal I am. I'm always willing to reconsider the social contract and consider modifications. I think every generation should consider afresh how its going, what's working and what's not. I aspire to not just be a liberal, but to be a flaming liberal.

Yes, hence why I voted for the "it depends" option. I'm socially liberal. I'm just not fiscally liberal.
