My first book

My first book
I am new to the whole e-publishing, and it took me a while to figure out everything. To be honest, however, I am unsure if I have yet gotten the hang of it. Suffice it to state, however, after months of procrastination, I have finally decided to make my first novel available through Amazon.

Zero Tolerance is the first in the Wunderkinds Trilogy, and here is a description of the book:

Quote:After catching a particularly vile serial killer, Annie decides that it is time to step down from her position as a detective. There is an opening for a new sheriff in a small, peaceful town, but upon arrival in Timberfax she discovers that she may have underestimated evil's desire to pursue her. Within a day of her being in town, murder occurs for the first time in Timberfax. Annie immediately gets to work to discover who the killer is, and the case brings her halfway around the world to chase conspiracy theory leads that seem almost too outlandish to be real. Except that something else is also happening, mysterious cocoons forming around children for some unknown purpose, and she is drawn to them. Throughout her ordeal to discover the killer's identity, she also struggles with inner demons she thought she had laid to rest when she was a teenager. In order to catch the killer, she may have to reconcile with the morality she fears to abandon.

It is mainly under the murder mystery genre, though there are elements of fantasy within it as well.

The hard copy of the book can be purchased here.

The Kindle version of the book can be purchased here.

RE: My first book
Not to drag you off topic, but if you haven't read Jim Butcher's Dresden Files, I think it'd be right up your alley.

Great Mae! I think I'll buy it as soon as I get home! Smile
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
