Outrage in Italy after bananas are thrown at its first black minister.

If you Turks think about that in another way, well do whatever you wish.
But please, mind your own business, since you're so proud of your Turkish identity.

And calling people a chimpanzee because of the colour of their skin or because of their nationality is never justifiable, NEVER. Angry
I can of course voice an opinion, can't I? Besides, obviously we're not talking about "second generation" immigrants, we're talking of people of immidiate birth there. That's it. Like if a woman became pregnant in some other country and just emigrated to another, where she in one way of the other gave birth to it. That alone doesn't make the baby a citizen, nowhere but in the US and Canada.
And it will stay that way.

However, it should be noted that Kurds have lived in Turkey for a very long time, generations in fact. They make up the largest minority in Turkey (15-20%). And they're still treated rather poorly by the Turkish government.
Also, you mentioned property ownership as a pathway to citizenship. The best figure I can find estimates that about 72% of Turks own property (note: I assume this is meant as Turkish citizens, not ethnic Turks). How can you justify property ownership as necessary for citizenship, when about a third of the country doesn't own property?

Dude you want crazy politics, Italy is the place to go. Some of the shit they get up to is so hilariously corrupt its actually very entertaining to watch. I don't need to mention Berlusconi...oh this isn't all Italian politicians, mind, just a crazy few. But a few bad apples and all that.

Treated poorly my ass. They steal electricity, they steal water, they steal welfare, and they still have 5-8 children on average in the areas where they form the majority. Treated poorly. Yeah, on top, they've been responsibile for the the major rebellions in the history of our republic(to count, at least 4 major rebellions + the ongoing one).

They're treated 100 times better than anywhere in the middle east despite their wrongdoings.
Well, for your second point, they're already born citizens. So it matters not whether they own property or not. But immigrants are not. In the case they don't have property here, why would they even want to be citizens in the first place? They don't have anything here, no family ties, no property, no citizenship to begin with. Why wouldn't I be reluctant to grant them citizenship?

Hell, if we'd start granting every bloke citizenship despite whether they own property, or have family ties, or have anything of value to contribute, the country would soon be filled with all sort of scum. Not that we have enough of them already, the said "refugees". I bet the current government who is anti-Assad will grant them citizenship in the future.
Not even the native arabs in Turkey like them and want them gone because they're nothing more than a liability, and they'll be a liability in the future. Now they're all having children in dem refugee camps. Should we start giving them citizenships now?

Perhaps why they aren't assimilating is because the culture they find themselves in is so hostile to them.

Best not to emigrate to a country whose culture you find to be hostile.

The Kurdish population in Turkey in the 1880s was around 1.5 million... They aren't going anywhere. Accept it.

Well, I wasn't talking about them, I was talking about immigrants. No way I want the Kurds to "assimilate", I do not wish them to pollute our blood with their own. They can stay as long as they don't cause problems and pay their bills as the rest of us do.
Besides, it is them who want to leave, else they wouldn't have formed armed seperatist groups. In short, they are the last kind of people you wish to defend. Spoiled children, the lot of them. They were a neutral element during the Seljuk and Ottoman periods, they didn't pay taxes, they weren't subject to the conscription system like us Turks, they generally preferred to stay in their mountain villages, not contributing to anything, while being fucked by their feudal lords, who lived in luxury.
No one likes them here.

As though as anyone would want a minority who forms terrorist groups, runs the smuggling business, steals water/electricity, breeds like there is no tomorrow, and expects welfare, and on top, runs the crime syndicates in all our major cities, not to mention that the majority of pimps, dopers, junkies and gangsters are of their kind.
Well, we've being very patient with them, I think.

Once I had a dream where I invented a machine that sends them all to hui with the press of a single button.
Best dream I ever had!
