Well, at the age of 34 I can unequivocally state that #2 and #3 are not a problem for me.
If I were a betting man, I would guess that #1 would be the issue on the list I will most regret.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

So far, I don't see myself regretting these things. But I'm 21. Number 3 is probably only thing on this list that could be what I would regret. So far I don't.
I do regret not working hard enough sometimes. I feel like my work has meaning and I'm making small changes that could mean a lot to a small number of people. So I don't think it's time wasted. It's a good investment so far.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

My only regret (or rather, the only one I'll really care about) will be that I didn't learn enough.
The truth is absolute. Life forms are specks of specks (...) of specks of dust in the universe.
Why settle for normal, when you can be so much more? Why settle for something, when you can have everything?

It depends what I do as to what I regret, what I regret. What I regret right now is not punching enough people in the face when I was a child and young enough to get away with it without getting a criminal record, and not being as sexually active as I wanted to be in my teenager years, but who knows how I might have turned out if I had gone round punching and fucking.

What? No one regrets not praying to God more often?
