I thought I remembered you live close by. It was a serious offer. I mail 20 to 30 tins a year and some of the recipients are forum friends. If you'd like a tin of traditional Danish and Swedish cookies for Christmas send me a PM with an address some time in the next week or so. I'll be mailing around the 15th. Please don't feel put on the spot. If you don't want cookies just don't send a PM.

Danish cookies come in many types, often with nuts, but they are mostly about how much butter you can cram into a cup of flour and still have it go crunch. Oh and they often use almond extract instead of vanilla.
