Went to a women's college tennis tourney at SDSU this morning, vs:
Washington
Utah
Loyola Marymount
Southern Methodist
Cal State-Northridge
etc.
Now eating a good, but sloppily assembled chicken salad sub on a cheese roll with mustard, mayo, onions, lettuce, guacamole, bacon and swiss. Listening to JAZZRADIO dot com's hard bop channel.

Watching Texas struggle against West Virginia! Come on!!!!!
10:30 to go in the 3rd. WVU has zero offense, but the score says Texas has less. Down by 3...this is ridiculous!

Sitting outside having my morning coffees and cigs with the flies. Aircon is on and plotting today's baking exploits and 'Spring Cleaning' activities.

Eating myself silly. Had pho at a favorite Vietnamese restaurant, and it was especially good tonight, but I just keep eating.
...and sipping on a bottle of milagro anejo tequila I got for a bargain, like only $35 or something.

Just got home from work - I tell ya', it's a shock to the system going from 7 years of office work to 9 hour days on my feet!
Having some Mongolian chicken and fried rice while soaking my aching tootsies.
"No-one who decides that scientific evidence is not for him and that his own experience or the stories of others is the be all and end all of deciding what's true ever has the right to call people searching for reliable, repeatable evidence narrow-minded. That is hypocrisy of the most laughable kind." Derren Brown - Tricks of the Mind.

Just finished assembling a couple of casseroles for football brunch at my friend's house tomorrow.
French toast casserole with bacon and maple syrup, and a savory bread pudding with prosciutto, mushrooms, shallots, and goat cheese.
Him: Rams fan; I: Colts fan.
Later in the day, we'll be joining another friend. Him: Chargers fan; I: Peyton Manning fan.
I expect I'll be gloating. Should be a fun day!

Just woke up with either strep throat or mono. A guy in group was out sick with it. The same guy who had to sit where I normally sit two weeks ago, just to "keep it real." Merde!
I'm pretty sure that this is strep. And me with no freezer room for ice cream.

how do u know? do u have a fever? tried gargling? got a runny nose?
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's
sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god
does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
