I should have followed your lead.  I hadn't gone to the gym for about 8 or 9 days (due to a combination of shingles and the timing of the memorial day weekend), and the last two nights trying to jog has been like plodding through only-barely-still-wet cement.  Even the stationary bike exhausted me (well, exhausted me far more quickly than usual)

Plotting tomorrows work at the old house. I'm spending my days painting walls, not paintings, but the end is in sight.

I've been taking far too many naps.  I've been rather sedentary of late.  It's going to be difficult getting active again.

I just pulled an insane booger from my nose. Like, I want to take a picture. I'm oddly proud of it. I can't believe my nose produced it. Wow, he said, as the toilet flushed.
