I am only holding on to my sanity by knowing that the misery and suffering cannot last forever.
This grinding pain, it's like they pulled away my gums and cut notches across my jawbone to interplay with a similarly notched stick that is repeated rubbed back and forth.
Sorry to be so melodramatic but that's how I am whilst standing on the edge of the abyss staring down into the mouth of madness.
Rocking back and forth and whimpering helps slightly.
I'd look good in a straight jacket right now.

Ah, just fell behind on some stuff. And car wouldn't start in the morning. That was sad. But things are pretty good. I'm'a stay a little late at work, which will mean I'll feel tired/bored but also fulfilled/satisfied, and then walk home, which will mean I'll feel tired but also exercised, and then I'll eventually sleep which will mean I'll feel less tired. I may take a, how you say, "mental health day" tomorrow. In fact, I think I'll plan on it, because it will 1) give me motivation to finish everything I need to complete before I leave here tonight, 2) give me time tomorrow to get my car fixed, and 3) allow me to clean my apartment, which is something I haven't exactly been doing with regularity recently.
