So I was out walking with one of my cats last night and guess who walked by in my complex?

MORMON MISSIONARIES!!!!

They walked sort of perpendicular to my path of travel and were behind me so I only got a glance at them before they were gone, but one of them gave me this big-eyed, deer-in-the-headlights look and held out of the Book of Mormon at arms length that made me think two things:

(1) That he wanted to approach me to missionize.
(2) That he secretly knew I was an atheist and was using the BOM to ward me off the way people use cricifixes against vampires.  Kind looked like this:

I'm a little annoyed that they didn't at least try their bullshit on me...  Oh, well.

Feeling some anxiety. Need to pick up Bubba's remains from the vet. My son leaves for AU next Thursday.. this week is going to go fast I think. I don't know when he will be back again. I work tonight till 9pm, then have to be there at 5:45am tomorrow. I am thankful for the job, just the schedule is yuck. lol

Shaking. under two quilts and a blanket ._.

it's been so cold the past couple of days and I think I'm getting bit sick. The shower here driving me insane doesn't help matters one bit. The two options available as the water temperature are 2nd degree burn and severe frostbite, and freezing your ass off waiting for one to change into the other.

warm weather they said, solid forecast they said -_-

Just watched last nights episode of same on CBS website.

Planning my attack on Comic Con for tomorrow. Maybe Broken Yolk for brekky then go stare at people at the Gaslamp trolley station? Sounds good to me.
