Right now I'm beginning to think Iggy may have been right when he said I'm addicted t AF. It's 12 o'fucking clock and I just now took ym shower and haven't had lunch yet.. But hunger pains be damned, I like it here.

Still struggling with problems sleeping. Last night I took a mix of Valerian, GABA, and melatonin. I didn't sleep. I was afraid of the dark all night. And it gave me gas. Sigh.

I feel your pain, Jorm. Past few nights have been awful. I only got some real sleep last night. The other few I couldn't calm down or fall asleep. I hate the feeling that there's something in the dark, and all the little noises. Calming music helps me, do you think it could work for you?
