I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

You must live outside the local broadcast area for the Lions. The NFL is contractually obligated to air the games (unless something has changed very recently) on non-cable channels in the home broadcast areas for each team for any cable only game (blackout rules apply, if they still do that stupid shit anymore).
