I'm thinking of opening a B&B would I have more luck coastal or in the mountains!
Consider the costs before you do. Maintaining any structure on the coast is a continuous and costly venture. That's why I'd rather visit than own on the coast.

There's also this. But, not all coastal areas are as hard on structures as the Oregon coast either. Then there are others, Florida springs to mind (not even counting catastrophic storms), that are even worse.

So I blazed through Rick and Morty. That shit was genius.
What, dear forum denizens, should I binge watch next?
Keep in mind that my taste is as follows:
#1 sitcom of all time: Friends.
I loved Scrubs and Arrested Development as well.
Love South Park, the early ATHF, the early Squidbillies, and Home Movies.
Love Modern Family, like Big Bang Theory, love Always Sunny and The League.
Whatever shall I try now?

Fuck I miss San Diego. The coaster was my life when I lived in the city, before I moved to Chula Vista.

Every day, I ride my beach cruiser to the coaster, take it to Poinsettia, then ride my cruiser to work. Then, when I get off work, I do the opposite. I'm getting some great exercise between my morning yoga, my ride to and from work, and hauling 50lb bags of dog food to people's cars. It's so funny: people look at me and say, "you're gonna carry that?" My answer is, "I might look scrawny, but hauling dog food is my life."

No lube either.
