"Okay!"

Yesterday:

"You've gained 10 pounds!"

That's just a tad harsh and sociopathic.

But other than that I agree wholeheartedly, that would be very persuasive.

Or, you can ask your patients if they would like to try a quick trick to lose 15 pounds of useless fat.

When they agree, chop their head off with an axe.
