I used to know a thirteen year old (before he moved out of the area) who had already fucked his liver and couldn't drink anymore alcohol for a while. It's quite sad really.

And just slightly illegal? I'd hope at least?

Of course it's illegal, but nobody gives a fuck about the legal drinking age in the UK. We've got a massive drink culture, especially Scotland in particular.

Playing with the new toy I got from amazon. Yes, the one I waited for last Monday. I shouldn't really talk about it in too much detail here, but suffice it to say I now no longer need ever to be with another human again.

Speaking of amazing though, they really impressed me today. I was talking with my dad on Thursday about American history and the wild west. He told me of a book he read once, an autobiography of a Cheyenne warrior who fought at Custer's last stand. Though he couldn't remember the name, we tracked it down via Google as the story of Wooden Leg, and found it on amazon. We ordered it and opted for the free delivery, meaning it was expected on Monday. Well, it came this morning. Perhaps they were making up for last week?

Unfortunately there's not much you can do, really. You tell the kid that it's bad for them and they'll say "Oh fuck off ya cunt" (as i've had happen many times.) 

If they wanna fuck up their body even when they've been warned of the risks, isn't really much one can do.

The kid was told numerous times by even his drinking friends that what he was doing was stupid, but as Jello put it, he just told everyone to fuck off. Shit happens.

If it's anything close to the "normal" for this situation, they grew up doing something similar, or just don't care what the kid does.

I didn't know much about the kid to be honest aside from the obvious health issues, he lived on the other side of the town or whatever my area would be classed as. Just seen him around.

His parents probably didn't give a fuck.
