Scruffy and I are making food together, mashed potatoes with Karelian stew. Nom nom! Heart
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Just at the end of my second break now. I went to the West Cornwall Pasty Co. for some potato wedges and the man wouldn't take my money, even when I tried to insist . As happy as I am with free food, I feel bad now because I can't give him anything free in return.

I love toy octopi. They're so weird. Tongue

No talent involved, just the time it takes to learn to knit and the ability to read a knitting pattern. But thanks. Big Grin They're super fun to make and, personally, way cuter than any knitted FSM I've ever seen so... Wink

Reading the latest issue of Skeptic.
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

I just went through every drawer in my house.. boy were they bad! Threw away just about everything I wont be keeping when I move.. deep cleaned my room.. moved furniture, did four loads of laundry, and I'm not even done yet, I'm just taking a breather before I do my least favorite thing to do: cleaning the goddamned bathroom (naked cuz I feel so dirty afterwards I just take a shower). Tongue
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

Went to an art museum. It was so fun. I haven't been to a decent museum since I was 12.
