RiP, Muhammad. My favorite boxer ever, eloquent when he wanted to be, trollish when that worked for him, in the ring the picture of brutal elegance. He had the courage of his convictions which inspired him to speak the ugly truths about racism in America, and the guts to refuse induction during a war he saw as unjust even though it cost him three+ prime years of his career.

I guess I'll be downloading some classic fights this week.
