Had semi-annual checkup with family doctor today.  Did a bit of shop talk, got a couple of prescriptions, met an attack-trained blood pressure machine, went to the lab (ouch and ouch!)   Declared to be in fairly good health for an almost-60-year-old.   Game plan for the next few months involves a bit more exercise, a bit more sleep, and a lot more Mediterranean diet.  Nom!

Went to my district council meeting, then to an 80's cover concert. Pretty good night, although I'm relatively new to 80's, as when I was growing up back then, I hung out with the parents, who were often into Kenny G and other smooth jazz.
