Leaving for Texas in a few minutes for work. Probably be there about a month this time. There are a couple of us going and we have tools so we are driving. It is a little over 1000 miles from here to Corpus Christi.

THEN they progress to number 2 . I have an office with 5 girls, all in their early 20s and they've fucking synchronised. Once a month, EVERY month world war three breaks out and I have to go in and break it up. With a metaphorical bucket of water.

I have made it clear that pmt does not excuse them from the usual rules of conduct but the message does not seem to get through.

Have I been living in a very docile bubble? Honestly I've never seen any obvious symptoms of PMS in anyone but myself and only rarely like once a year. I think if it's going on with someone else it's not even obvious enough for me to realize it and start counting the days. No ... I don't think I've met anyone who can't hold it together because of pms. How common is that supposed to be?

I get PMS but it's usually only irritability. I have an IUD so my periods are much more painful. Pain is usually why I'm so pissy and short tempered... but at least I can't get pregnant so I have that going for me.
