Just got back from jogging, stomping the ground to release my frustrations. Feeling great.

Back home from a protest downtown for the young man who was shot by police here 2 weeks ago. TV cameras as far as the eye can see. Also heard some amazing, electrifying speeches. It was a different taste of a protest versus what's typically shown in tv reports.
