This week, I decided that, since Baby Geniuses, the only film this year I saw that was bad enough that I decided to make a Deep Hurting Project entry on it even though it wasn't actually on TVTropes' "So Bad It's Horrible/Film" list, has FINALLY been added to it, I've decided to watch its sequel for the Project, which had already been on the list since Day One.

I keep trying to summon the energy to go see a movie but I'm too tired.
That's the problem with with working double shifts before my day off: Too much time spent recovering.
Plus the time change has got me a little fucked up, tbh. It's not even that late.
My body is so confused--What time is it? What day is it?
Hell, I don't know.

I think I've mentioned I use Pixel Art, an iOS app that's basically a glorified coloring book. I finally finished one that took over 15 FUCKING HOURS to finish, because it wound up being ridiculously intricate.
There are about 50 colours in this one, and while I’ve seen a few with more, I think the fact that the colours are so spread out really made it more difficult, especially when you find yourself hunting for that last fucking pixel that means you’ve finally finished that one particular colour. I hope to hell tomorrow’s batch will be less insane.
To be fair, I think having to deal with the rest of life (eating, putting up the wrapping on the hot tub gazebo for winter, doing the groceries, doing some other things, including some other full-frame Pixel Arts), but I dealt with it non-stop for over two and a half hours, so, adjusting for that, closer to five? And I even put off Superbabies for the Deep Hurting Project to make sure I finished it. Soon...

I just split with my girlfriend.
Feel a little broken hearted this time.
I think I need a little break from women for a while.
Because they do my fuckin head in.
What the fuck do you women want?
You're all fucking crazy.
And fucking mean.
I don't really mean that.
I'm just pissed off.
And hurt.
I put block on my phone and she still texted me so I obviously fucked that up.
I deleted it without looking.
She's toxic and I've drawn a line in the sand here.

We had a memorial at work for my former manager who passed from an autoimmune disease last month after a year long struggle. I worked for him for almost 15 years, and I'm going to miss him. I can't say that for most people I've worked for. RIP.
Time to get drunk.

Just rewatching Scarface and I’m only just now noticing how strange it is that Tony’s still trying to comfort his sister Gina like she was still alive after she was shot ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT TIMES. And yes, I’m watching this with the scorecard, so that’s how I know that. Unlike Arched, Bullet counting is not one of my autistic mutant powers. And final score count: 229 F-bombs and 8509 bullets, all but 650 of which were fired in the final sequence.

Maybe just having the patience to count bullets is your autistic mutant power.
My autistic mutant super power was to be able to cure myself of autism.
My special borderline personality disorder mutant power is just that I'm a really nice person, as far as I can tell. :-)

Today marks the 30th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Well, technically, the press conference where an East German politician went on TV to announce that East Germans would be free to travel, and mistakenly said it would be effective immediately.
To commemorate this event, this young Germanophile discovered that there was actually a site that offered fragments of the Berlin Wall for a reasonable price, and I bought one with a 8x6 cm fragment for 17.57 Euros ($18.90 American) here. (Not a paid promotion, by the way.) Yes, I know it's not quite that special and there's a lot going around, so be sure to shop around and be sure to get a good deal for your bit of Mauer so you don't get ripped off.
This week in the Deep Hurting Project is The Identical, a roman a clef about what would happen if Elvis' stillborn twin survived to become an Elvis impersonator, except Elvis actually exists in this universe, so it's more about an impersonator of another Elvis impersonator that everyone just accepts (including Col. Tom Parker somehow), and it was funded by a group of Messianic Jews, so there's tacked-on Christian messages in there.

LL, my mutant superpower is my extraordinary ability to come across as mediocre! Fuck I'm good at it!
