Laying in bed at 4am wondering why sleep has been so impossible the last month or two.

Thought i'd pop back in here - made a vague promise in Slack like a month or two ago that i would try to stick around a bit more and then the complete and utter collapse of the majority of my life thanks to ol' virus times made me quickly forget that promise (fun times, i swear). Hope you're all doing well

Well, it's 4:24am and i have yet to sleep, which is about par for the course for the last month or so. I lost my job around late april/may, and have been largely confined to being indoors since lockdown started. I get that it's meant to stop people getting ill, but it's hardly done my mental health any good, and i assume the insomnia is but a symptom of this larger issue. Still waiting on a diagnosis for autism and dyspraxia, but with all going on, its hardly surprising it's been pushed back. Combine all that with the fact that the world seems largely on fire from various angles, and times are not good here. 

Who else has disappeared in my absence? I miss the gang dearly, and wish i had spent more time trying to be here. 

How are you doing though? Anything interesting going on around here?

It was pink, though knows she's settled on a nice ginger-y colour  She's doing alright, she's been seizure free since late october last year, which is a massive relief. Haven't really been able to see her properly for months now, though, lockdown and all that.  

I hope you're given whatever help you need.  The lockdown as been shiity all right (was lucky in that as an essental worker I had stuff to keep me going and work to go to).
