I keep crying about this girl who died last night or this morning (not sure which). I didn't really know her, but seeing the tributes on Facebook for many of my friends who did has made me so upset. She had two adorable little girls, and her Facebook is just full of pictures of them, they were her life. And I just keep thinking about how the little one is only about a year old, too little to understand what's going on, and is probably wondering where her Mummy has gone. It's so horrible. She was 5 months pregnant with her third child, too. Why does this shit happen? Those poor kids :-(

There is such sadness at times.

It always reminds me to cease groaning about such trivial things when there is true tragedy in the world. The fragility of life is a sobering reminder that we should treat the people we love with absolute and constant love and grateful dignity.

I always find myself abhorrent when I can leave a room angry at my wife or daughters, never mind go an entire day without making my apologies.
