Upside: very tired and spent far too much money.

Just finished celebrating my mother's birthday with the fam. I always get so nervous, thinking that my gift isn't good, especially when I make it. But then she acts so delighted and grateful and it melts my fears away.

What did you make?

I taught myself how to make quilts this year (since I have lots of time to not go anywhere) so my kids got quilts for Christmas.  They were all experiments (the quilts not the kids) so maybe next year they will get some of better quality.  Wink
