Listening through a CLOSED window, at my neighbors ACROSS THE STREET...yelling. Omfg. No, they're not arguing, this is how they converse. They often shout across the street at me, if I'm outside...just wanting to shoot the breeze. Shout the breeze, more like it. It's maddening. Just heard the guy, laughing and yelling with another neighbor. Nice people. Just LOUDDDD.

One of my neighbors likes to yell loudly at her son while he practices basketball.

One time I walked out there on my phone and started talking really REALLY loudly.

She got the hint.

The funny thing is, I start yelling back, when the guy yells ''hey how's it going today?'' I don't yell much, so I morph into this screamer just to conform. Angry
