Picked up my grocery order this morning very early. A couple hours later I realized that the coffee I ordered wasn't in the order so I verified that I did order it and that I didn't put it away and just forgot. Had it been something cheaper I wouldn't have worried about it but called the store and went back to get the coffee. For my trouble they gave me two.

I guess the reason I didn't think of it is because I am not the one who drinks coffee around here.

I'll not have to order coffee for a while and it sure made the price better.

I was going to see Sting at Ravinia tonight, but Dad's back is hurting and he doesn't think he can handle it. First Ravinia cancellation on our end of the season. Except for the John Fogerty show that got canceled and the Sheryl Crow show that's been postponed because of the Fourth of July shooter.

My laptop just decided to go into disk check mode. It took a while, but it’s finished. I’m currently waiting for the results of this checking. It looks like, after logging on, it’s the same, so the results don’t seem to have been disastrous. But it looks like (due to laptop bloat that’s happened with every single laptop I’ve used for more than a few months) I’ll have to wait a few minutes to use it.

Ordered my new computer monitor from Newegg. For some reason, Amazon wouldn't ship it. There are reports of Newegg refusing as well, but so far it looks fine.
