I didn't start the rice early enough, so the tamales will be done before the rice. Erp.
I'm at home with a bad cold.
I'm bored. You're all going to suffer with me! Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
I have USPS Informed Delivery which emails me photos of the mail coming that day. In today's notice, there's a letter from Federated Insurance. I know, not because it says so on the envelope, but because whatever they use to photograph the mail with is sufficiently bright to reveal the writing on the contents inside.

Assembling a wall-mounted spice rack. I've more or less filled up the two I already had. This is the same brand as my last one, but they've redesigned it to be cheaper to make and so it's not as nice as the other one. The biggest change is not including wood boards to serve as the shelf bottoms. I'm a bit disappointed.
I finished another round of plasma donations and transferred $380 into the bank yesterday, and today I received my $741 property tax refund from the state.
