Today's appointment with the SSA to re-apply for disability got even more confusing, especially after it turned out that the appointment for my previous application was still standing. Everything's currently in limbo, and Dad's not even sure if it's workable anymore.

Just finished a telephone opinion pole for legalizing online sports gambling in my state. Some of the questions were so anally ridiculous I had to ask if the pollster was kidding.

Nothing. Finished work for today and went to the Post Office to mail out the quilt I made for my BFF...we have know each other for over 50 years now.

Going to True Crime and chill with the pups. The are all settled in and sleeping.

^When I got into my car after finishing at the PO, I noticed the car next to me had a sticker on the back passenger window that looked like Queen Elizabeth was looking out the window and waving. Haven't ever seen one of those before...it was life sized or close to it.

Waiting for power to be restored. The power to my building went out about 30 minutes ago, right in the middle of meditation. On the plus side, I got the sink cleared of dirty dishes so that I'll have room to work when I bring the turkey tomorrow. The only thing left to do today is to do a load or two of laundry
