Just filled out my mail-in ballot. I'll put it in the mail on Monday - nevermind - Monday is a federal holiday so Tuesday it is.

What's everyone up to right now?

I'm always afraid to use mail-in ballots. I don't trust the postal system. Early voting started here a couple of weeks ago. I need to find a day free to vote.
We decided on mail-in ballots this year because we didn't want to spend money on an Uber ride just to vote at some location.

I'm not registered to vote, I was going to do a provisional ballot. Do those even count?

Trying a cup of Green Mountain coffee. It's good, but it's also twice the price of Walmart generic, so it won't replace it, but it's nice for an occasional cup.

Ordering another knife sharpening system. There's a popular cheap version of this style that sells for $30-35, which I didn't feel like spending. But this cheap clone was only $19, so I figured what the hell. And I installed a couple of angle measuring apps on my phone. Probably not super accurate, but who cares?

I need to find a day free to vote. The last time I voted in person there was a line for Republicans and one for Democrats. The line for the Republicans was many, many times longer. I really don't want some of these maniacs knowing who I am and what car I drive...so, for my own safety, I'll use the mail. I'm in Texas, not sure legal/illegal really matters. I must say it's the first time I had ever seen that setup.
