We went to a demonstration put on by a local-ish LARP group. Kind of weird to see Roman legionaries facing off against 10th century men-at-arms. Good fun, though.

Still debating whether to buy a red or black coffee maker. My kitchen accent color is red, otherwise things are black, white, or stainless steel, so either would work. I'm giving myself until morning.

ETA: I found another K-cup coffee maker that includes special pods for ground coffee and tea. The special pods are larger than the standard reusable pods, so hold more coffee and tea. The standard reusable pods brew a weak cup. Anyway, I've got my Ninja 12-cup machine, so I'm going to wait until Black Friday to replace my K-cup machine and see if I can get a deal as well as better clarity on what I want. There's also a machine that brews up to 24 oz and has a 40 oz reservoir, but that may be more than I need. Neither feature is especially useful to me.
