Freezing some hamburger buns. I had thought that refrigerating bread preserves its freshness. I was wrong. I've still got half of an Italian loaf in the fridge but that's life.

Waiting to hear back from our handyman (he keeps roughly the same hours that I do). We have an electrics problem that’s above my pay grade.

Yeah. Upgrading from fuse boxes to circuit breakers, which means rewiring the whole house and the workshops. 

Still, cheaper than rebuilding if the place goes up in flames.
