Pondering how I can work in the forge all day and be none the worse for wear, but two hours of swing dancing has me popping naproxen sodium like breath mints and blessing whoever the hell invented electric heating pads.

I'm back from the doctor and picking up a package. There are no afternoon baseball games today. I don't know what to do!
