I have plenty of 'stuff' but I really no furniture, or other practical things. My new place is going to feel huge for a while.

I thought I wouldn't have enough furniture when I moved, but it turns out I had about 70% of a household of furniture packed into one bedroom.

I inherited a couch, a dining room table, and a futon, but I had just about everything else.

In the time since I've been officially moved (early June) I've inherited a few pieced of furniture from my grandma because she's moving - I got three old wood school desks (the kind with the desk and chair in one, and they're, like, kindergarten-kid sized, they're so cute!!), a table to put outside my front door, and an old Ethan Alan bookshelf that used to be my great grandpa's bookshelf next to his desk.

Now I'm wondering what's going to happen if I get anything else I'll have to squeeze into my place!

Moral of the story: houses fill up fast once you start acquiring stuff.

Okay, it's almost Ninja Warrior time; I need to get in my nightly reading before it starts...

Oh, I know - I've filled up a number of houses. When I moved in with my brother, I started living a more spartan existence, and as he already had his house furnished (and I literally only had the clothes on my back)... All I have is beds for me and my son. I should be able to get a few things surplussed from family.

I took all 4 kids on a walk today (Leli was at school that's why I only had 4 instead of 5)

We went to a little stream and explored it a bit, then walked to the store. Then to the park. We are now having a small picnic. I think I just might be able to do this after all.

My kid count has gone from 3 to 5 and it's looking like it's likely (unless I decide I just cannot handle it) to stay that way.

Now they're 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Which means one day I am going to have 13, 15, 16, 17, and 18. FML. Lol. Teenagers are no fun.
