Baking bread for turkey stuffing and finishing up a bear sculpture---not exactly at the same time. The bread is rising.

What are the ingredients for turkey stuffing? Seems we have something similar here in Austria. At least white bread is a core ingredient to do it, mixed with parsley.

When I make it, it's bread cubes, butter, mushrooms, celery, onions, seasoned with parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme, but mostly bread. ---- It's typically more popular than the bird.

Yeah, sure, bread is the main ingredient. Everything else is for flavor. Sounds just like we do it here. Only, we're usually stuff chicken or calf breast or pork breast. Turkey isn't that popular in my parts.

Turkey stuffing is the reason I don't care for thanksgiving. Just the smell makes me sick. I've tried it a million times because everyone thinks theirs is going to be the special one that I like. It never is. The stuff is terrible.
