No more wondering here. It's 10PM, so a little bit of TV relaxing, a bit of internet surfing and then some long needed sleep after a tiring work week.

I want to go to the beach for lunch Sad only problem is that I live miles away from a beach, in England, and it's cold and wintery outside Sad

I'm going to take my last 100mg Paxil tonight and then I'm not really sure what I'm going to do. I'm a bit worried but refilling isn't really an option for me right now.
Anyone every cold turkeyd Paxil before? I've heard/read some scary things. I'll be out of Xanax by the weekend and then...FML

I've quit paxil and damn near every other psych med I've ever taken cold turkey. Benzodiazepines aren't fun after long term use, but everything else wasnt too bad, but I've heard stories.

I just...I remember what my life was like before I started taking a combination of Paxil and Xanax. It's not like they're a magical cure for my mental issues, not by a long shot, but...I don't want to go back to the way things were. I'm nervous.

I'm sorry you have to go through this, honeybear. I've quit Paxil without issues as well.

I haven't quit Paxil cold turkey, but I quit Wellbutrin without much drama. I don't particularly like myself without meds, but I dislike myself more on them, so... conundrum.

Sorry you're going through this, Losty. Is there anything I can do to help?
