The Lions aren't really the doormat of the NFL right now. They're not spectacular, but they have enough talent that it's no shame to lose to them. Although, if they lose to your beloved Redskins, that may very well cement their place as the doormat for this season. Smile

Preaching to the Choir bud. Shanahan used no huddle in his Bronco days so I could not believe the Eagles walked all over us with the no huddle the first half. Proof that Danial Snider needs to sell the fucking team.

Never going to happen as long as people keep throwing money at Chainsaw Dan for tickets and merchandise.

I haven't looked over my picks and results yet, but I'm thinking I may give up the mantle this week. There were quite a few games that really didn't go the way I expected.

I'm not particularly happy that Seattle gave up 17 points to Jacksonville, after only allowing 10 points in the last two games. Yeah, we blew them out, and most of the points came late when it was clear that it didn't matter, but still... I hate giving up scores to shitty teams (apologies to Jaguar fans, your team sucks, I'm sure you knew that already).

I got this from a guy on another board.

Quote:just got an email stating that "The US government insists that the NFL disassociate from Indian mascots such as the Washington Redskins.

Therefore in compliance with their wishes, the Washington Redskins will now be known as The Washington Foreskins in honor of all the pricks in Washington.

It won't be to me, though, I think. I'm 6-9 so far.

And, at least your team wins. :/

Yeah, I was going to add that there's close contention for second - except you. I didn't have the heart to rub it in. The Steelers ain't looking good this year. Not that I mind, I'm still upset over that debacle in 2004.

I hate to say it, but the Steelers look pretty bad this year.
