Probably. I've had mine for around two years now. Most forums limit sig image dimensions to 400x100. So I've set mine to that. Though I think I've programmed into it the capacity to automatically resize its self into whatever dimensions a more oppressive admin might impose. It was so long ago that I can't remember if i actually coded it or if i just dreamed it.
Its dynamic, it'll change every time you reload the page.
