God created free will beings. But a free will being can chose to disobey God and even reject God. It is not God who creates evil, but the free will being who chooses to do so.
But in the end, God does bring justice. And all evil will stop.

And how do you know the God that you worship isn't a Satan that is deceiving you and leading you away from the true god?
Also god didn't create the bible, men did.
